Free-form blog

Hi everyone, it just so happens that this is a free-for-all post in which I want to bring up a topic with you: Food safety!

First of all, I would like to share with you my reasons for raising this topic. Last Tuesday, I ate at a restaurant in our city and the next day I was sick including vomiting and abdominal pain. These symptoms continue to this day and have not fully recovered, which has had a significant impact on my studies and life.

Through my research over the past few days, I have found that there are several ways we can avoid this situation. The first is to cook it yourself at home, this method is the best and the most cost effective way. The only downside is that cooking at home can be very time consuming.

The second point is that if you must go to a restaurant to eat food, please try to avoid eating dishes that are covered with very heavy spices (including chili) to cover the smell. This is because some shady businesses will marinate food that has expired and sell it a second time. You can easily get the smell of spices to cover up the smell of food that is not fresh, such as curry.

If you are really unfortunate like me to be persecuted by unscrupulous merchants. In fact to this day I don’t know exactly what I should do.Maybe going to urgent care is a good option. Don’t do what I did, to save money by not going to the hospital and end up making yourself miserable. This will cost you more time and health.

I hope our government can pay more attention to the food safety issues in restaurants. I hope we all have a healthy body!
