What am I good at?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over the years I have put a lot of time into becoming a hard working driven individual. I am good at delegating tasks to others and competing tasks efficiently and effectively. I have the ability to put myself in others shoes as well which has helped me in many aspects of my life, business and personal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
What do I value?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I value hard work, honesty, and loyalty. These three things apply to the work environment as well as personal. I look up to people who have a strong work ethic and try their hardest at everything they do. I also value when people are able to admit they need help and are honest about situations. Lastly I believe that loyalty goes a long way in the work environment in order to build and maintain sting relationships. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
How did I get here?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have gotten to where I am today based on my hard work ethic and finishing my college degree. Everything that I did learning up to getting my degree has made me who I am. I have worked in many different fields, I had an amazing internship, and landed a job through that by staying self-motivated and driven. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where am I going?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I plan on going far in life. I want to maintain a good work life balance. I will be working for Kroger and will continue to learn new skills Gove the next years.
