After taking the tests I found out that I am in a relatively low stress state as of now. Lookin at the topics that add stress many of them can happen at any time so I need to be ready for anything and understand how to handle stress when it comes. When it came to the coping test I found out that I was a bit on the low side. This is interesting to me because I feel like I do a pretty good job dealing with any stress that I run into. After reading all of the question I have a better idea of new ways I can deal with stress if and when it comes my way. I don’t do a great job of allowing other to know that I am stressed or struggling with anything. I tend to keep it to myself and sometimes that leads to more stress and doesn’t allow other to help me in ways that they could. Lastly the psychology test was mostly as I expected. I ended up with a lower score and I knew it was going to be like that based of who I am. I am generally warm and tolerant, but if something happens over and over it tends to get to me. I need to start working on being a bit more patient and understanding of others and what is going on around me. I think it will help me in the long run by building stronger relationships and not making anyone to mad by my reactions while stressed or annoyed.
