Hut shuttle – this shuttle bus service runs every two hours from the Portland International Airport to the campus of Oregon State University and to the Hilton Garden Inn. Free WiFi service.

Omnishuttle – this shuttle bus offers morning and afternoon service from Eugene to Portland International Airport, Albany and Salem. Free WiFi service.


The best ways to get around campus are walking, biking or riding the Beaver Bus, so if you are driving to campus, plan to park only once, or take free public transit to campus and avoid parking altogether.

Student housing

On campus student housing will be provided by Oregon State University Housing and Dining Services. Space is a limited with priority given to students, young researchers and participants from developing countries attending the IISA 2016 conference.

Guests will be staying in West Hall, one of Oregon State’s suite-style residence halls. The building is currently home to visiting scholars.
