This option is only available for oral presentations. Presentations will be prerecorded and presenters will be asked to be on Zoom for a live Q&A after their presentation. To register for this option, use the registration link above and select Oral Presentation (virtual)<\/em> under Preferred Presentation Type<\/em>. Those presenting virtually will also be able to attend our keynote speaker presentations, participate in our career panel, and attend the scientific communication workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Art Showcase Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Fill out the form linked HERE<\/a>. If you also wish to attend the symposium, please fill out the registration linked HERE<\/a>. All submitted pieces will be displayed. For art set up, please arrive no later than 9am on April 13th<\/strong> to set up your artwork. If you are unable to make this time work, we can coordinate to help get your artwork set up. Each individual may submit up to 3 art pieces. If your art piece(s) are for sale and you would like us to advertise this on your behalf, please indicate this in the “other comments” section at the bottom of the survey. There will be prizes for first, second, and third place based on people’s choice.
