My brand would be that I am a well qualified, efficient, polite, and hardworking individual. I have experience working in academia for many years and was involved in teaching/training of students, interns, and residents. My strengths include my qualifications, my calm demeanor and personality, my ability to multi-task, my leadership qualities, and capability of motivating a team to be successful. My weaknesses are that I tend to be non-confrontational if possible, and I will always work harder and do more rather than asking for help. My uniqueness derives from my ability to evaluate and treat most species combined with extensive experience in teaching, training, and team development.

Hi Kristy. I enjoyed reading about your many accomplishments as a veterinarian and animal surgeon. I particularly liked the way you weaved in and out of communicating your technical qualifications, your professional experiences, and your personal passions/connections to being a veterinarian in your “Help Wanted Ad”. It made for a great story.
Hi Kristy,
I think it is very valuable to know your worth when applying for a company and seems like you do. I am also very non confrontational which has its upsides as well of its downsides. I also think you did a great job on the second half of the post. Thank you for sharing!
