I learned that in all honesty, I need to relax more and decrease my stress otherwise I may live a unhappy life. In all honesty, I feel like I do work a lot and manage school as is, but it hurts more when a test is telling me that I’m too stressed and need to do more relaxing things in my routine to manage stress. To maybe help stress in my professional career, I could incorporate more relieving physical activities so that I can get more healthy and have a new outlet for my stress. Otherwise I may fear my life might be short or if I live long, will have lots of health issues and lead faster into memory loss because I fried my brain when I was in my young adult life. After some research, I found that organization I concerned with burnout mainly, especially among lower tier workers. As there is less to commit, burnout is more common among lower levels, but it hurts more that many workers will leave or simply get tired of their work and leave forever. Organizations help people cope with this in a variety of ways, they instill companionship with organization to feel more connected, consoling, or just more benefits. In the end, I need to manage my stressed, I don’t wanna burn out forever too fast or grow up with issues.
