In my current position compensation is something that is very motivating for me to stay in the job. The hours that I work are typically pretty bad and between that and school I have basically no time to myself to have fun or doing anything besides those two things. The compensation that I’m offered in my position is through my commission bonus that I get each month. It is a very lucrative commission check that pays really well when you have a good sales month. The job has also made me very motivated when I go into work everyday to perform well in order to ensure that I’m getting a nice paycheck each month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This job has really taught me a lot about myself and the way that I will push myself if there is something that I will earn for my effort. I think that each of these things that offered from my company has allowed for me to push through all of the tough days where I feel like my life is not very enjoyable because working this job and making the pay that I do will set me up for success once I complete this degree. With all of this being said I think that the thing that I have noticed the most is that prior to working this job I told myself that I would never want to work nights and this job is making me work nights, so I would say that this is the biggest change to my behavior because of compensation. Ultimately it has been crazy to see how much being compensated for my work has changed a lot of my behaviors because I feel like I’m being rewarded for all of my hard work. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
