The Honors College wants to support you not just in your academic success, but in your wellness, too. This term, the HC will be hosting a variety of events that encourage students to encourage students to seek out many opportunities to care for themselves. The first event in this series will be in week 2!&nbsp;<br><strong><em>Week 2 event:&nbsp;Planting Connections<\/em><\/strong><br>To kick off the term, Honors College students are invited to come grab a succulent, paint their own plant pot, and meet new HC students! In this study you will be asked to learn about programmable logic control (PLC) and complete&nbsp;an&nbsp;associated&nbsp;lab exercise. Participation includes a time commitment of&nbsp;<strong>6-10 hours<\/strong>&nbsp;spread over a 2-week period during the first three weeks of Winter term, and a compensation of&nbsp;<strong>$20 per hour<\/strong>&nbsp;of participation (up to $200 total). To be eligible, you must be 18 years or older, fluent in English, and a junior- or senior-level undergraduate engineering student.
