NEW! Become an HC Representative at the Michigan Clinical Outcomes Research and Reporting Program<\/strong>
Through a generous gift by Dr. Kim Eagle (HC grad \u201976), the Honors College is pleased to offer a paid internship with the Michigan Clinical Outcomes Research and Reporting Program (MCORRP<\/a>). This summer internship program is a 10-week opportunity, starting in early<\/strong> June <\/strong>and concluding in August<\/strong>, at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor. More information can be found here<\/a>. The internship includes a stipend, as well as a housing and travel allowance. To apply students should be interested in pursuing a career in healthcare, and be a strong steward of OSU and the Honors College. From exploring efforts by French leaders to confront climate change to immersing yourself in France\u2019s history, culture and food system, hear how OSU faculty plan to transform the cities of Paris and Lyon into dynamic, interactive classrooms for 18 days. OSU Energy Efficiency Center Paid Job Opportunity<\/strong>
The OSU Energy Efficiency Center (EEC) is looking for motivated student energy\/technical analysts to work part-time during the school year (10-12 hrs\/week) and during the summer (30-40 hrs\/week). The OSU EEC offers comprehensive, student-led, on-site energy and productivity assessments to small and medium-sized manufacturers through a US Department of Energy funded program. Student teams advised by engineering faculty visit manufacturers and seek ways to increase their productivity and reduce energy use and waste. These engineering analyses and improvement recommendations are compiled into a report and delivered to the client. ASA is now hiring tutors for winter 2023. These are paid on-campus positions that offer flexible schedules. Anytime Anywhere: MySSP @ OSU is an app that gives all OSU students, including Ecampus students, 24\/7 access by text or phone with a licensed mental health counselor (MySSP stands for \u201cMy Student Support Program\u201d). The app makes it easy to schedule short-term counseling appointments with the same ongoing counselor and provides educational materials covering mental health topics. Students can communicate with a counselor in five different languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Spanish or English); additional language options are available upon request.
