On Wednesday,<\/strong> February 1 <\/strong>the Honors College Student Association (HCSA) will begin collecting donations for the Linn-Benton Food Share in the annual OSU wide food drive competition. From exploring efforts by French leaders to confront climate change to immersing yourself in France\u2019s history, culture and food system, hear how OSU faculty plan to transform the cities of Paris and Lyon into dynamic, interactive classrooms for 18 days. Oregon State University offers an FE review course hosted by the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) club. This course is specifically designed to assist engineering students currently studying for the FE Exam, and is far cheaper than any professional FE review course while providing quality lessons taught by OSU faculty. The OSU Energy Efficiency Center (EEC) is looking for motivated student energy\/technical analysts to work part-time during the school year (10-12 hrs\/week) and during the summer (30-40 hrs\/week). The OSU EEC offers comprehensive, student-led, on-site energy and productivity assessments to small and medium-sized manufacturers through a US Department of Energy funded program. Student teams advised by engineering faculty visit manufacturers and seek ways to increase their productivity and reduce energy use and waste. These engineering analyses and improvement recommendations are compiled into a report and delivered to the client. Applications are now open for the Oregon State University (OSU) “Robots in the Real World” summer Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) Site. You can learn more about the program here<\/a>. This year’s program will run from June 26 to September 1, 2023, on the main OSU campus in Corvallis, OR.
