Honors College 2022-2023 Differential Tuition Scholarship Application<\/strong> <br>The application for 2022-2023 Honors College Differential Tuition Scholarships will open on&nbsp;<strong>Monday, March 14<\/strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/scholarships.oregonstate.edu\/scholardollars\" target=\"_blank\">ScholarDollars<\/a>. Continuing Honors College students&nbsp;<strong>must<\/strong>&nbsp;complete this application to be eligible for scholarships in the Honors College. First-year student scholarships are awarded separately, and first-year students are not eligible for the Differential Tuition Scholarship. The application deadline is&nbsp;<strong>Friday, April 15.<\/strong>&nbsp;In addition to the application, students who are eligible to complete a FAFSA or ORSAA for the 2022-2023 are highly encouraged to do so; remember that FAFSA and ORSAA must be completed for each academic year. Contact Honors College Assistant Dean for External Relations and Student Engagement Kevin Stoller (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">kevin.stoller@oregonstate.edu<\/a>) with questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financial Aid Opportunities<\/strong><br>Financial aid and scholarships can make paying for school much easier, and now is the time to submit your&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/studentaid.gov\/h\/apply-for-aid\/fafsa\" target=\"_blank\">FAFSA<\/a>&nbsp;(Free Application for Federal Student Aid) or&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/oregonstudentaid.gov\/fafsa-orsaa.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">ORSAA<\/a>&nbsp;(Oregon Student Aid Application) and apply for scholarships for the 2022-2023 academic year. Filing a FAFSA or ORSAA is something you need to do every year. We recommend you file as soon as possible.&nbsp; Here are some reasons why:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The OSU&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/scholarships.oregonstate.edu\/scholardollars\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ScholarDollars<\/a>&nbsp;scholarship application is open now.&nbsp;Some scholarships consider your financial need, and information from the FAFSA\/ORSAA is used to determine your eligibility for those scholarships. You also may have unique financial circumstances that you would like to explain. The ScholarDollars application gives you an opportunity to share the specifics of your situation.<br>&#8211; OSU awarded more than $66 million in scholarships for the 2020-2021 academic year.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; The FAFSA is how you access all types of federal aid, including grants, loans and work study.
