Next time you are feeling stressed or panicked, whether that\u2019s during an exam or before a presentation, try the following breathing exercise: Breathe in through your nose for 3 seconds and out through your mouth for 6 seconds. Repeat at least three times, and as needed. Academics for Student&nbsp;Athletes Tutor Positions Available<\/strong><br>Academics&nbsp;for&nbsp;Student&nbsp;Athletes&nbsp;has multiple openings&nbsp;for&nbsp;tutors. These are paid on campus&nbsp;positions&nbsp;that offer flexible schedules. They are also a wonderful opportunity to use the content knowledge&nbsp;students have gained in the classroom&nbsp;while also helping fellow&nbsp;students better gain subject mastery&nbsp;and the organizational skills needed to excel at OSU.&nbsp;<strong>Tutor applicants must be junior standing and hold an overall GPA of 3.0.<\/strong>&nbsp;All tutoring will be performed in-person during the winter term.
