Spring Conversation Clusters – More Prizes and Even More Fun!
Today is the start of spring conversation clusters! Since it’s the first week, clusters will focus on establishing a meeting day, time, and format. The first 100 clusters who submit their information to Canvas will receive an OSU Beavers Store gift card on us! We know that it can be challenging to pull the whole group together, so here are a few tips to keep in mind:

This term we ask for one member from each cluster to volunteer to convene the initial meeting. When this group member reaches out, please respond promptly and make yourself as available as possible.

Initial meetings should take place when most people are generally available – for example, after 7:30 p.m. during the week or on the weekend.

For clusters who would rather have the HC coordinate the initial meeting, the HC will host Zoom rooms for groups from Wednesday, Mar. 31 to Friday, Apr. 2, between 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. If you would like to use a Zoom room for your first cluster meeting, please email LeeAnn.Baker@oregonstate.edu with the day/time you would like to meet.

Some students have requested a new cluster for spring. Those students should now be reassigned with an invitation to meet sometime this week. With this being an entirely new term, we ask that ALL students give what they can to their group, recognizing that for a lot of students, conversation clusters are critical to their well-being and are important to creating a sense of belonging and community.

If you have questions regarding your cluster assignment or if you need assistance in convening your initial group meeting, please reach out to LeeAnn.Baker@oregonstate.edu.

NEW!
