D\u2019Anna graduated from OSU in 2009 with HBS degrees in business administration and exercise and sports science. While at Oregon State, she was a member of the OSU gymnastics team, earning the Pac-10 (at the time) Leadership Award and Pac-10 All-Academic First Team, and she was president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Council. She has also received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2013 and received the OSU Alumni Association\u2019s Young Alumni Award in 2015. She has worked at Nike for eight years, and she is currently the merchandising leader for the Jordan Brand in Asia Pacific Latin America. Previously, she has been the global strategy director for Nike Women and for Nike Factory Store, and she was global strategy manager for Direct to Consumer at Nike. At this lunch, she will discuss approaches to continuing to develop skills after graduation, exploring topics such as earning an MBA and evaluating timing and value propositions to new opportunities. Every year during the month of February the university comes together and plans a wide variety of food and fund-raising activities to help the hungry. Proceeds from the OSU Corvallis campus benefit the non-profit agencies served in Linn-Benton Food Share. These agencies include local food pantries, the OSU food pantry, soup kitchens, emergency shelters, daycare centers, shelter homes, and gleaning groups in Linn and Benton counties. The HCSA has raised the most funds for a student group the last few years, and hope to keep the tradition going! The wing or floor that has the most positive points (or least negative points) at the end of the month wins a party of their choosing!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Annual HC Student Art Showcase &amp; Sale: Submissions due March 5<\/strong><br>The Honors College presents the annual student art showcase. The HC is looking to add to their permanent wall art collection and is holding an art showcase to select a few pieces for purchase.&nbsp; Students interested in displaying and potentially selling a piece of their art should complete the registration form <a href=\"https:\/\/honors.oregonstate.edu\/webform\/honors-college-art-show\">here<\/a> and submit their framed art to the HC office \u2013 450 LInC \u2013 <strong>by March 5<\/strong>. Knight-Hennessy Scholars will annually select up to 100 high-achieving students with demonstrated leadership and civic commitment, who will receive full funding to pursue a graduate education at Stanford. Scholars may pursue studies at any of the university\u2019s seven internationally top-ranked graduate schools, and will be educated to navigate across business, government, academia, and the nonprofit sectors. If you live on-campus your OSU student ID has been programmed to allow you access into the Sackett F or E door (those main entrances on the east side of the building near wings F\/G and E\/H) and the main entrances to West Hall (both the east and west doors). Just place your ID up to the black proxy scanner and the door will unlock.
