As a result of these experiences I witnessed multiple situations where professionals in one area or another had to interact with software developers. This can easily lead to bad communication and frustration from both sides, so I want to make sure going into this project as a software developer I have a proper expectation of what the software needs to do, and which features are key to those who will be using it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I would also love to get some experience developing apps for the apple ecosystem, so if there&#8217;s any work being done on a swift implementation of the app I&#8217;d love to put some work into that.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m very excited to be working on the ocean change app. Before doing computer science I did a degree in biochemistry and got plenty of chances to work in the government, whether it be health sciences or more traditional chemistry.
