Join us in Corvallis!

Corvallis, Oregon is located about 15-20 miles west off I-5 and about 50 miles east of HWY 101 by Newport, south of Salem and Albany and north of Eugene, Oregon (map).

To reach Corvallis, you can fly in to Portland International Airport (PDX) and drive to Corvallis. The easiest route is straight south on I-5, taking exit 234B to head through Albany and reach Corvallis via HWY 20, or take exit 228 to reach Corvallis via OR-34.

You can also fly into Eugene Airport (EUG) and reach Corvallis via Peoria Road, OR-99 N and OR-99W N/Pacific Hwy W, or Territorial Hwy and OR-99W N/Pacific Hwy W.

Groome Transportation (formerly the HUT Shuttle and Oregon Express Shuttle) and Amtrak are also available from Eugene to Corvallis or Portland to Corvallis, although Amtrak will drop you off in Albany, Oregon, and you’ll need to arrange transportation from Albany to Corvallis.

Driving Directions

From I-5:

  • Take Exit #228 to Corvallis.
  • Head west 10 miles on Hwy 34.
  • Make a left turn onto Hwy 34 bypass.
  • Turn right on 26th St., cross Western Blvd., and the CH2M HILL Alumni Center will be on your right.

From I-99 Northbound:

  • Go over the Mary’s River Bridge.
  • Make a left turn on Western Blvd.
  • Make a right turn on 26th St.
  • Travel one block and the CH2M HILL Alumni Center will be on your right.

From I-99 Southbound:

  • Highway 99W becomes 4th St.
  • Make a right turn on Western Blvd.
  • Take another right turn on 26th St.
  • Travel one block and the CH2M HILL Alumni Center will be on your right.

Parking Information

Visitor parking is available in the parking lot across from LaSells Stewart Center and in the parking garage north of the Alumni Center between 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Visitor parking permits are available at kiosks in the parking areas. Parking is free in the evenings after 5:00 pm, and on weekends. Vehicles without permits parked in permit spaces before 5:00 pm on weekdays will be ticketed. Bicycle parking is located at the Center’s north entrance.
