Here&#8217;s a recipe that you can really make on your own.  <strong>Serves 2, or 4 as a side<\/strong>. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 bundles of Soba noodles&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 packets of Soy sauce&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 bunch scallions, finely chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucumber, finely sliced or chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 packet of red pepper flakes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional Toppings:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Hard boiled egg, cut in half<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tablespoon of sesame seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To prepare the noodles:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For one bundle, boil 6 cups of water in a pot (add 2 cups water per each additional bundle).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the water boiled, add noodles and turn to low heat and boil the noodles for 4 minutes or until tender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once done, drain the noodle well, rinse with cold water, drain again, and serve.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To prepare the vegetables:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Finely chopped the cucumber into thin slices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finely chopped the scallions into bite sized pieces.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To assemble the dish:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Put the noodles in a bowl and then add soy sauce, red pepper flakes, scallions, and cucumber.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the dish well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add salt and pepper to your desired taste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place hard boiled eggs on top for your additional toppings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scallions for garnish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top if you&#8217;d like. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve and
