Transform this winter vegetable into a nutritious and delicious dish that will warm up your winter!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1lb Stalk Brussel Sprouts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-1.5 cups halved grapes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Add 2 tbsp of preferred oil)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 400 F<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rinse brussel sprouts and grapes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut brussel sprouts in half<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut grapes in half (can leave grapes whole if desired)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss or stir until well combined<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dump and spread onto pan, making sure and place in oven<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roast for 25-30 minutes, flip halfway through, stirring to mix juices,  until brussels sprouts are&nbsp;soft and slightly browned!
