class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Olive Oil<\/li><li>Sweet Peppers<\/li><li>Parsnips<\/li><li>Yams<\/li><li>Seasoning packet: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat oven to 425<\/li><li>Wash all veggies (scrub yams well!)<\/li><li>Peel parsnip, yams too if you want<\/li><li>Cut parsnip and yams into cubes <\/li><li>Put all veggies into a bowl<\/li><li>Pour olive oil into bowl (a couple of tablespoons is enough) and add seasoning packet<\/li><li>Mix the veggies and oil with hand<\/li><li>Put the veggies on a sheet pan<\/li><li>Place in oven for 45 minutes <\/li><li>Set a timer for 25 minutes to flip the veggies half way through<\/li><li>Use a fork to poke veggies to check if it&#8217;s fully cooked through once out of the oven<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
