This is a site where I can post information that may be useful to hazelnut producers and field consultants. Over time I hope this will grow into a comprehensive resource for hazelnut production. Some of the information represents the work of students or other researchers in my program. A lot of our research is supported by the Oregon hazelnut growers through the crop assessment that is administered by the Oregon Hazelnut Commission. About me: I am a biologist, entomologist, and agronomist specialized on orchard crops and I work particularly closely with the Oregon hazelnut industry. I have been in my current position as Orchard Specialist with OSU since 2015.
