I love staying busy and pushing myself to do my best, and I genuinely thrive when I know my hard work is being recognized. But there’s more to me than just ambition; I also have a strong desire to support and connect with others. The 3w2 wing means I’m not just chasing my own success; I’m also cheering for the people around me, eager to help out when I can. It’s a blend of being driven and being genuinely caring.

In terms of the Big Five dimensions of personality, I demonstrate high conscientiousness through my disciplined approach to tasks and my strong desire to achieve excellence. I also display high extraversion, which is evident in my enthusiasm, sociability, and ability to connect with others—traits further emphasized by my Helper wing. My agreeableness is highlighted by my genuine desire to support and encourage others, making me both a determined achiever and a compassionate team member. While I may show moderate openness, focusing more on practical and effective methods rather than overly abstract ideas, I balance this with a willingness to adapt to achieve my goals. Finally, I maintain emotional stability under pressure, but I may sometimes become overly concerned with maintaining a successful image or gaining approval.

Potential Employer Perspective:

If a potential employer looked at my Enneagram results, they’d probably see someone who’s highly motivated, goal-oriented, and not afraid of a challenge. I’m the type to dive into tasks, stay organized, and consistently push for results. My 3w2 side would also stand out. I’m a team player who values relationships and genuinely enjoys helping colleagues succeed. But they might also recognize a few areas for growth. Being so focused on achievement means I can sometimes get a little too wrapped up in hitting goals or seeking recognition. It’s easy for me to get caught in a cycle of constant striving without pausing to appreciate progress. Recognizing the importance of balance, celebrating wins without burning out, is something I’m actively working on.

Test Results Summary: After taking the Enneagram test, I discovered that I’m a Type 3, known as “The Achiever,” with a 3w2 wing, also called “The Helper.” This means I’m the type of person who’s always setting goals, chasing after them, and enjoying that feeling of accomplishment.
