Do you like fried chicken? I mean who doesn’t like it, unless you’re vegan or your religion doesn’t allow you to.
If you do like fried chicken and you know how to make it, you should already know the differences between oil fried chicken and air fried chicken. If not, you should keep reading.
I think air fryers are great, very convenient, fast, clean, and healthy. It is my number one choice when I’m feeling hungry and lazy, but the food will never be as good as oil fried. It’s because air fryer drains excess fat while the food cooks, which takes away the taste and makes the food extremely dry. You might not notice that cooking with frozen food, but you can tell right away when cooking with freshly battered chicken(skin color is pale yellow or even white instead of golden yellow, it’s also hard instead of that crispy texture). On the other hand, oil fried chicken is less healthy, and it takes a lot more work to prepare, cook, and clean.
At the end, I just want to say that I prefer oil fried chicken over air fried chicken any day, just because I care more about taste than other things.
