Learning the MERN stack has been pretty difficult so far. I ended up following a long tutorial on implementing a sample MERN application but a lot of deprecated code was used in the tutorial. In the end, that led me to not being able to finish that sample application.

Luckily, I was able to find a shorter MERN tutorial that was simpler to follow. I was able to implement a small full stack MERN sample application with a CREATE functionality (a part of the CRUD functionalities) where I can add new user information for the application. Now, I feel more confident in developing for project using the MERN stack. However, there is still much I need to learn in regards to React.js. It is pretty difficult to learn in a short amount of time. I hope I can contribute more on the programming side of my team project now.
