The RAA is designed for early and mid-career faculty who are successful researchers and ready to take their big ideas to the next level. This program offers a two- to three-year fellowship, beginning with a series of in-person workshops in the first year to help fellows hone their big ideas and develop the skills, relationships\u00a0and mindsets of a research leader. In addition, toward\u00a0the end of the workshop series, fellows have a chance to apply for seed funding (up to $50K) to further develop their projects, partnerships\u00a0and funding strategies. Applications are open and due on June 6.
