\u201cI am back to looking for a scientist\/ engineer with some chemical background to help with the commercialization of some of our materials.  I am looking for someone that can handle to the chaos associated with a new highly innovative technology, but also have the aptitude to push the technology towards manufacturing.  Is there anyone that you would recommend?  I am thinking about a Masters or Ph.D. candidate.  I really appreciate the depth of understanding that innovative PChemists have.  I would be open to a talented undergraduate if they have the aptitude and drive \u2013 I hired a fantastic bachelor’s level ME last spring that has turned out very well \u2013 he is not a typical ME undergrad.  A ChemE with similar aptitude and drive could work very well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
