Full Job Description
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) is looking for Outgoing Quality Assurance Technicians to
join our upcoming 5-nanometer fab in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Outgoing Quality Assurance Technician, you will
demonstrate a strong sense of reliability, enthusiasm, and will possess an attitude that embodies TSMC\u2019s core

Upon hire, your journey will begin with a 3-month training period in Taiwan to train with industry-leading experts.
Major expenses are paid by TSMC (relocation to and from the U.S., temporary work visa, housing, and more) for

Job Description:
Your main responsibilities include:
\uf0b7 Perform quality related functions including operations, equipment, and support.
\uf0b7 Execute Outgoing Corrective Action Plan (OCAP) for products with any nonconformity.
\uf0b7 Set up equipment recipe for automatic inspection tools.
\uf0b7 Assist Outgoing Quality Assurance operators in routine work, such as product shipment.
\uf0b7 Ensure workplace safety and maintain environment to meet Six Sigma (6S) requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and travel to Taiwan and have:
\uf0b7 An AAS\/AS in science or engineering related disciplines.
\uf0b7 The ability to train in Taiwan for approximately 3 months upon hire.
\uf0b7 Solid fundamental Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills.
\uf0b7 Strong verbal and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with peers and supervisors.
\uf0b7 The ability to work in a cleanroom environment, gowning up in coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses and
gloves.
\uf0b7 A committed, attentive, positive, multi-tasking attitude, and ability to work under high pressure in a fastpaced
environment.
\uf0b7 The ability to work a compressed work schedule on a variety of potential shifts, including nights, as well as
work overtime, or holidays, as needed.
\uf0b7 US work authorization (Required)
Preferred Qualifications:
\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in science or engineering related disciplines.
\uf0b7 Experience in wafer outgoing inspection.

Training: Tainan, Taiwan (3 Months)
