{"id":5065,"date":"2018-10-03T08:29:24","date_gmt":"2018-10-03T15:29:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/erlenmeyer\/?p=5065"},"modified":"2018-10-03T08:29:24","modified_gmt":"2018-10-03T15:29:24","slug":"flu-shot-clinics-for-employees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/erlenmeyer\/2018\/10\/03\/flu-shot-clinics-for-employees\/","title":{"rendered":"Flu Shot Clinics for Employees"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Office of Human Resources is partnering with Fred Meyer Pharmacies to provide flu shot clinics for employees this year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dates\/Location:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>October 4th, <\/strong>Thursday, in the MU Ballroom<\/li>\n<li><strong>October 11th, <\/strong>Thursday, in the MU 109<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Times (both dates):<\/strong> 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>On the day of the clinic<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring your insurance card and photo ID (for billing).<\/li>\n<li>Wear short sleeves.<\/li>\n<li>Plan on staying for five minutes after receiving the vaccination (water and snacks will be available while you wait).<\/li>\n<li>If paying at the time of service, payment by check will be the only form of payment accepted (see cost below).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Cost of vaccination<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fred Meyer Pharmacies will bill your insurance plans.\n<ul>\n<li>PEBB Statewide (Providence), Providence Choice and Moda plans will cover the cost of the flu vaccinations.<\/li>\n<li>Employees with Kaiser insurance: The Office of Human Resources is verifying with Kaiser if they will pay for the vaccination if it is received at the OSU flu shot clinic.<\/li>\n<li>Employees with other insurance coverage (e.g., another employer plan, OHP): Fred Meyer Pharmacies will bill that insurance company.
