Joining the discussion were OSU\u2019s Vice President of Research Cynthia Sagers, OSU\u2019s Director of Federal Government Affairs Gabrielle Serra, NOAA\u2019s Chief Scientist Rick Spinrad (and former OSU VPR) as well as NIFA\u2019s director Sonny Ramaswamy (and former OSU Dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences).
