Earlier this month OSU received and accepted a termination letter from Teel\u2019s Travel Planners.\u00a0 The OSU contract with Teel\u2019s will end effective November 30th, 2016.\u00a0 We expressed a great deal of gratitude to Teel\u2019s for their longstanding service to OSU Faculty and Staff.\u00a0 I am confident that our remaining Travel Management Companies(TMC), will be able to handle the influx in volume without sacrificing customer service to campus travelers.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Shorts Travel Management, supports OSU Intercollegiate Athletics
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 CI Azumano, supports all other campus wide travel<\/p>\n
Procurement Contracts & Materials Management (PCMM), has worked hard on creating price agreements directly with three major Airlines.\u00a0 When conducting OSU business through CI Azumano or Shorts you will receive discounts when you fly on United, Alaska, and Delta airlines.\u00a0 You can find a summary sheet on our Travel Page that helps explain the discounts OSU travelers will receive.<\/p>\n
Business Affairs and PCMM has also worked very closely with CI Azumano to provide an Online Booking Tool(OBT) to campus users.\u00a0 This OBT is similar in nature to commercial tools you may be familiar with such as Orbitz, Kayak, and Travelocity.\u00a0 To learn more about this tool please visit our CI Azumano nuTravel page.\u00a0 If you prefer to work directly with an agent, you can call their local area number 541-757-9792.\u00a0 You can also complete a Travel Request form to initiate a trip via email.\u00a0 It is important to use the web form if you prefer to book via email, because it ensures a minimum amount of information is gathered and sent to the agent so they can properly assist you in making travel arrangements.<\/p>\n
