As you may be aware there is a new Purchase Order Form (Revision 2_0). Please delete your old PO templates and use
\nthe new form. The Department Webpage links have already been updated and point to the new form.
\nThe reason for the change is there is now a field in the body called \u201cCHEMICAL LOCATION\u201d. This field is used for
\nordering chemicals. Please include the end storage location for the ordered chemicals and Chemistry Stores Receiving
\nwill create\/update the EH&S Chemical Database and print a label for that purchase; removing that task from your group.<\/p>\n
