We built a large database of diverse faculty, doctoral students, and professionals\u00a0in\u00a0all academic and administrative areas, and using\u00a0<em>push-technology<\/em> we alert them of your job in the<strong>Online Diversity Job Fair<\/strong>.\u00a0This includes\u00a0applicants from diverse\u00a0backgrounds as well as those in short supply such as women in science, technology, math and engineering, or males in nursing and education. It is very pro-active.<\/p>\n<p>Any travel? It&#8217;s online so no need to travel and no access barriers for applicants to view your job opening.<\/p>\n<p>How much? Each job opening advertisement, which automatically includes<em> <\/em>participation in the Online Diversity Job Fair, is USD 195<\/p>\n<p>To post a job and participate<em>:<\/em> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.academiccareers.com\/\">www.AcademicCareers.com<\/a> or\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.universitydiversityjobfair.com\/\">www.UniversityDiversityJobFair.com<\/a>, select &#8220;Employers enter here&#8221; and follow the simple steps.
