The Safety Specialist is responsible for helping Ward Insurance Agency, Inc. attract, secure, and retain business by providing professional, timely, and knowledgeable human loss prevention and safety services. The role operates as a value-add position to support the Producers\u2019 prospecting and servicing goals. The Safety Specialist will also be responsible for developing and maintaining internal resources and systems for the continual improvement of the Department and Risk Services Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Although this position will be based out of one of Ward Insurance Agency\u2019s three Oregon locations, applicants in the following locations are eligible for consideration to perform the role remotely due to Client locations: Kansas City, Missouri, Little Rock, Arkansas, and Atlanta, Georgia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This position reports directly to Ward Insurance Agency\u2019s President and indirectly to the Director of Risk Services relating to the Department Goals for the Risk Services Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
