With revenue of more than $9 billion in FY24 and approximately 24,000 people globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To protect employees, contractors, visitors, customers and the environment, the incumbent, under the direction of the site\u2019s EHS Manager, will inspect and evaluate the environment, working conditions, equipment and all facility processes to ensure compliance with government safety regulations, industry standards, company standards and best management practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Primary Job Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Assist with the implementation and management of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 elements and conformance requirements. Assist with internal ISO audits, 3rd party auditors and management of corrective and preventive actions. Must engage frequently with interested parties and the workforce on risk assessments, trainings, inspections, safety committee meetings and general communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Conduct process Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments covered under the Process Safety Management (PSM) standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Help lead and further develop a high-awareness health and safety culture based on<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>prevention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Monitor federal, state and local regulations that pertain to personnel safety, hazardous<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>waste management, wastewater, storm water, hazardous materials and hazardous<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>waste transportation, air quality, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Manage hazardous waste in compliance with all state and federal regulations. Tasks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>may include but are not limited to weekly hazardous waste inspections, hazardous<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>waste tank assessments, inspections, and monitoring, overseeing hazardous waste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>pickups, and developing trainings intended for hazardous waste management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Collaborate with various teams to ensure safety measure are integrated into all operations that fall under (PSM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Produce and maintain required regulatory reports, data and permit applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Implement environmental and safety policies and processes, and assist with the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>management of the safety training program to ensure compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Perform various and frequent environmental, health and safety inspections and risk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>assessments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Work with various departments regarding equipment installations, contractor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>activities, training and documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Investigate potential hazards, near misses, injuries and illnesses and implement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>solutions designed to ensure corrective and preventive action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Assist in supporting other facilities when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 BS degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Chemical Engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Knowledge of hazardous substances, wastes, and materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Proven work experience as a Process Safety Engineer or similar role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Strong process orientation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Proficiency in MS Office applications (word, excel, power point and access).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 3-5 years of combined experience in environmental and safety compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Understanding of the semiconductor industry and manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export &nbsp;licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce &#8211; Bureau of Industry and Security and\/or the U.S. Department of State &#8211; Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. &nbsp;As such, applicants for this position \u2013 except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) \u2013 may have to go through an export licensing review process.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Analog Devices is an equal opportunity employer.
