Join us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ATI is seeking an EHS Administrator to join our team in Albany, Oregon.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is a day shift position and typically works Monday \u2013 Friday 8:00 am \u2013 5:00 pm with some flexibility on hours, with the possibility of some remote work after your initial training period. As an&nbsp;EHS Administrator, you will report to the EHS manager and primarily be responsible for office administration related tasks in support of the Environmental Compliance staff\u2019s work to meet regulatory requirements.&nbsp;The EHS Administrator will gain valuable hands-on experience with EHS compliance, technical writing, continuous improvement and employee training in an ever-changing metals industry.&nbsp;This position will require cross-training for fieldwork assisting with environmental inspections and sample collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Learning management system (ATI Connect) administrator for the Environmental team and Environmental training documentation coordinator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microsoft SharePoint administrator for the SA&amp;C EHS team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support Environmental staff in meeting department on-time goals for CAPA, compliance calendar, and auditing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Primary coordinator for Environmental team document control compliance, routing, editing, revising current and new documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Task Standardization Process Leader\/Facilitator for the Environmental department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and maintain Environmental department records in SharePoint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open, date-stamp, log and distribute incoming mail and respond to agencies with check requests to pay regulatory fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support Integrated Business Management System (IBMS) and continuous improvement activities as assigned by Environmental staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and update reference lists, business guidelines, reference documents, and training manuals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with Digital Technology support functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete routine environmental inspections and sampling for waste, wastewater, CERCLA and air compliance as assigned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure strict compliance with environmental requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide informal guidance to CWE\u2019s and other interns as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requires ability\/willingness to perform some physical activities in the field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0A minimum of an\u00a0Associate&#8217;s Degree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 2 years of professional office or administrative support experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preferences, Skills and Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to pass 40 Hour HAZWOPER training, medical surveillance and respiratory fit test.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must demonstrate effective project management, conflict-resolution, analytical and advanced PC-based data management skills, including extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of Applications, including SharePoint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have sound judgment and be able to plan, organize and control multiple activities within a team dynamic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to interact well with employees and agency representatives are essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be self-motivated and able to problem solve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job # 24-2209.
