What am I good at? – I would say that I am very good at keeping myself motivated, I have an ability to dig deep within myself and find motivation to do things that may suck just because they need to be done or will benefit my future self. I would also say that I have a strong ability to multi-task, taking on multiple tasks at once while still completing them at a high level. This has helped me perform at a high level in my job on numerous occasions. Finally I would say I am very good at working hard, my work ethic speaks for itself and it helps me perform at a high level even if my skills in a certain area are lacking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
What do I value? – I value honesty, I think being honest and true to yourself is very important. I also value hard work, I know what it takes to work hard and how sometimes this can be tough in certain situations. I would also say that I really value loyalty especially in today’s world, loyalty to a company, to a friend, a relationship. Loyalty is something that is harder to find in todays age of instant gratification so this value has grown on me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
How did I get here? – I got to where I am today through my hard work and determination. I was raised with the saying “if you are going to do something, do it right.” this is something I embody in that every aspect of my life I give my best effort, in everything I do and this has allowed me to be on track to graduate with two degrees in four years while working full time to graduate with zero student debt. With a career opportunity lined up upon graduation with Sherwin Williams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where am I going? – I have big goals in life, too many to share in this blog post, but I want to work my way up to a sales manager in Sherwin Williams within 5 years this is a relatively quick path to this position but with my continued hard work and experience with the company already this is very attainable.
