Agreeableness I scored a 49, again right in the middle and I would say this is accurate. Some times I am very agreeable and other times I like to go my own way and do my own thing, I scored high in trust and morality as well as cooperation. But not so high in sympathy and altruism, I believe this is because I think most of what happens in life is directly related to peoples decision making. Moving on to Conscientiousness I scored a 90, I think this is accurate as well as I think of myself as very self aware and orderly. I really enjoy things being clean and being put back where they go as well as have good self discipline and I strive for achievement. In the category of Neuroticism I scored a 10, I think this is because I am very good about controlling my emotions and honesty is very important to me. And finally openness to experience I scored a 6. This is the one category I would say is a little low, I do enjoy a routine but I also enjoy trying new things and going new places. I scored very low in the artistic interests category of this section where I received a 1 and I would say this is just something I am not interested in.

A potential employer after looking at this test would be able to see that I am a fairly balanced person in the first two categories, and that I scored very high in the conscientiousness category which shows that I am dependable and can excel and controlling and regulating my impulses, I am effective at making snap decisions and I perform well under pressure. I think that a potential employer would also be pleased to see how low I scored in Neuroticism, this is something most employers do not want in their organization. And finally the one negative thing I think employers might take away from this, openness to experience can show creativity and ability to bring new ideas to an organization, although I think I can do just that this personality test does not show that. I do think this test aligns well with a management position as it shows I like order and am a pretty balanced person. I wouldn’t be a narcissistic leader and I am organized and like to lead.

After taking the IPIP test I scored a 54 in the extraversion category, I believe if 1 is not extroverted at all and 99 is extremely extroverted I would rank somewhere in the middle, it depends on my mood and the situation as to how I put myself out there and talk to new people.… Continue reading IPIP results and reactions

[1

post-18","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized","entry
["GET
