when deciding whether or not to move internationally their are a few different that I would definitely consider before moving. The first thing I would consider if my long term goals in life. I consider this because as we have learned the location of where you live can heavily determine how much you will be compensated. If living on a strict budget is something I am okay with and fit into my life plan then this may be a good opportunity for me to take. I also think it is important to think of gender and race. Being a Black woman as fun as international may be it may not be safe for me to do so. On top of the logistical aspect of moving I would definitely consider the benefits, salary, and opportunity for growth. We have learned about how compensation is ethically managed maninly in the United States so it would be beneficial to also learn about the international compensation of the place I will be going to.
