Deadline to register is Monday, April 26, 2021.
Deadline to turn in poster is Friday, April 30, 2021.

Please send all virtual posters to esgpcomms@oregonstate.edu for use during presentation. Please name file in format LastName_JCC_2021.
Virtual Poster Presentation Information:
The poster presentations provide an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your scientific research knowledge to your local peers and our sister institutions. You will each be given 5-7 minutes to present your topic and the rest for question and answers. During your presentation, you can share a PDF of your poster or one PowerPoint slide. We will send an email confirming the time of your presentation soon after the April 23rd registration deadline.
Poster presentations should visually guide viewers through the basics of your research displayed on the poster board, while the presenter focuses on explanation and clarification of the key elements of the work and answers viewer questions. If you would like additional details on poster guidelines, please email esgp@oregonstate.edu.
Virtual posters font should be scaled to be printed on board no bigger than 48” X 48”. Please list your name, school, program, and any other affiliation visibly on board.
