I had a good experience during my last job application process and am still employed by the same company. I applied for the position through a third-party site after which I was sent to a contracted recruiter for the initial vetting process. This essentially covered all basic questions before beginning the interview process with the company\u2019s current employees. My first interview was over the phone with my future manager because he works out of Florida. After the interview with him, I was given the green light to interview in person with the employees in the local office. I was interviewed by four people over the course of two days, three from the finance department and one from the HR department. I received an offer the following week. The overall experience left me with a good feeling about the position and the company. The length of the interview process was new to me and something I was not expecting. Out of everything with the application process, this was my least favorite part. It didn\u2019t deter me from wanting to work there, but it did cause me to have doubts about being hired. There were a couple of positive things that stood out about the interview process. I liked how open everyone was about what it was like to work for the company, including some things that they didn\u2019t particularly care for. I appreciated the honesty. The best part was the obvious positive chemistry amongst coworkers in the working environment when I was given a tour of the office. There was a feeling of ease I felt even as an outsider. It made me hope I would get the position because it was a team I wanted to be a part of, and I continue to feel that way.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
