We extended the deadline to 11:59pm May 3!<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/sustainability\/about\/sustainability-office\">Sustainability Office<\/a> is currently recruiting for two student workers to join our awesome team!\u00a0 One position will focus on the <a href=\"http:\/\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/sustainability\/planning-policy-assessment\/green-office-certification\">Green Office Certification<\/a> program, our <a href=\"http:\/\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/sustainability\/planning-policy-assessment\/institutional-carbon-neutrality\/osu-carbon-planning\">Carbon Planning process<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/sustainability\/resources-students\/eco-reps\">Eco-Reps<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/sustainability\/osu-sustainability-advocates\">Sustainability Advocates<\/a> and more.\u00a0 The other will manage signature events, tabling and other face to face contact, collaborating closely with groups like Campus Recycling and the Student Sustainability Initiative.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000\">Applications are due\u00a0May 3!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/ecologue\/files\/2017\/04\/Hiring_DigitalMediaOutreach_WebBanner.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9934\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/ecologue\/files\/2017\/04\/Hiring_DigitalMediaOutreach_WebBanner.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"188\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Digital Media and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Event<\/span> Student Outreach Assistant<\/strong><\/span> duties include assisting with events and coordinate event planning, social media and web content management and collaborating with other OSU sustainability-related groups and, at times, community groups.\u00a0 <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/sites\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/files\/sustainability\/docs\/event_outreach-student_sp17.pdf\">Please see position description and application instructions here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000\">Digital Media and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Programming<\/span> Student Outreach Assistant <\/span><\/strong>will act as a team with the Event Student Outreach Assistant position on events, and other outreach and engagement activities, and focus on <a href=\"http:\/\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/sustainability\/planning-policy-assessment\/green-office-certification\">Green Office Certification<\/a> , <a href=\"http:\/\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/sustainability\/planning-policy-assessment\/institutional-carbon-neutrality\/osu-carbon-planning\">Carbon Planning<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/sustainability\/resources-students\/eco-reps\">Eco-Reps<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/sustainability\/osu-sustainability-advocates\">Sustainability Advocates.<\/a>\u00a0 They will also contribute to social media and web content management.\u00a0 <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/sites\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/files\/sustainability\/docs\/programming_outreach_student_sp17.pdf\">Please see position description and application instructions here.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Starting pay is $11.00, employment begins spring 2017 and is ongoing assuming satisfactory performance.\u00a0 Preference will be given to applicants with availability through at least spring 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>**UPDATE!
