I also spearhead the department compost program. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>One fave thing about his job:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I love seeing an event come together after weeks of planning and coordination. The Repair Fairs in particular are great, because I get to see so many satisfied faces when an item is fixed. Also, I love seeing all of the weird stuff that comes in through recycling and surplus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>If he could improve one thing about waste reduction at OSU:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No more disposable coffee cups on campus.
