If the United Nations advice is taken to heart we might be seeing insects show up at our local groceries. Why would anyone want to eat insects? Insects have supplemented the diets of people from Latin America, Asia, and Africa for ages and like many things can be considered a delicacy. With a rapidly increasing population we need to address how we will feed the masses nutritionally sound food while not compromising our environment. Could insects help accomplish this goal?
