Read on to see what\u2019s on offer at this Repair Fair.<\/p>\n<h3>Event Details:<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808000\"><strong>What<\/strong><\/span>: April Repair Fair<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808000\"><strong>When<\/strong><\/span>: Tuesday, April 29, between 6:00 and 8:00 pm<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808000\"><strong>Where<\/strong><\/span>: The OSU Recycling Warehouse at <a title=\"View location on Google Maps\" href=\"http:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/pzDqB\" target=\"_blank\">644 SW 13th Street<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><a title=\"Click to view image larger\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=10153780006885523&amp;set=a.10153780006585523.1073741839.397920170522\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: right\" title=\"Clothing repair station\" src=\"https:\/\/scontent-b-lax.xx.fbcdn.net\/hphotos-prn1\/t1\/1530462_10153780006885523_803830196_n.jpg\" alt=\"Clothing repair station\" width=\"213\" height=\"180\" \/><\/a>Repair skills offered:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808000\"><strong>Appliances <\/strong><\/span>(small items only, please)<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808000\"><strong>Bicycles<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808000\"><strong>Clothing <\/strong><\/span>(hand and machine sewing)<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808000\"><strong>Electronics <\/strong><\/span>(small items only, please)<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808000\"><strong>Housewares <\/strong><\/span>(furniture, ceramics, lamps, etc.)<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808000\"><strong>Jewelry<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>And <span style=\"color: #808000\"><strong>more<\/strong><\/span>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Drop-in Demonstrations:<\/h3>\n<p>Come by anytime in the scheduled time frame to see a ~5 minute repair demo!<\/p>\n<p><strong>6:15 to 6:45 pm: <span style=\"color: #808000\">Clean Green, Save Green<\/span><\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Whether  you\u2019re moving out of the dorms, ending a lease, or just looking for a  little spring cleaning, learn how a few basic, food-safe ingredients can  clean your whole home.\u00a0(Leaders: Jessica Collins and Amanda Abbott,  volunteers of the <a href=\"http:\/\/recycle.oregonstate.edu\/volunteer\">Waste Watchers<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><strong>6:45 to 7:15 pm: <span style=\"color: #808000\">From T-Shirt to Tote Bag<\/span><\/strong> &#8211; With one  easy seam a tank top can be converted into a handy, spacious tote bag  which is especially nice for hauling veggies home from the market. Great  use for tank tops which are outgrown, a bit stained or just too worn.  (Leader: Sheri Puckette, volunteer)<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/scontent-a.xx.fbcdn.net\/hphotos-prn1\/t1.0-9\/63721_10153435349810523_1201073356_n.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"Bike work\" src=\"https:\/\/scontent-a.xx.fbcdn.net\/hphotos-prn1\/t1.0-9\/63721_10153435349810523_1201073356_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"207\" height=\"155\" \/><\/a>7:15 to 7:45 pm: <span style=\"color: #808000\">Bikes: From Flat to Fixed<\/span><\/strong> &#8211; The  Corvallis Bicycle Collective will demonstrate how to properly repair a  flat bicycle tire. The demo will encourage participants to get hands on  experience with the repair process so that they may become more  comfortable with completing this simple task for their own bicycle.  \u00a0Inspecting tires, tubes and wheels for potential causes of flats will  be discussed, as well as the process and tools required to replace or  repair these common components.
