Shredding Discount Week offers 50% off and a chance to win RecycleMania"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"Shredding Discount Week\" src=\"http:\/\/recycle.oregonstate.edu\/sites\/default\/files\/images\/block-shred-discount-2014.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"65\" \/>In order to encourage OSU departments to recycle during the <a title=\"OSU RecycleMania website\" href=\"http:\/\/tiny.cc\/f1exqw\">RecycleMania competition<\/a>, Campus Recycling is offering a Departmental Shredding Discount Week this week, Monday-Friday, March 17-21.<\/p>\n<p>OSU departments that submit confidential paper pick-up requests <a title=\"Online request form\" href=\"http:\/\/tiny.cc\/servreq\">online<\/a> during this timeframe will get 50% off (regular price is 15\u00a2 per lb.). Please note that only paper from OSU departments will be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Get a discount, clean house and help OSU boost its paper recycling weights before the end of the <a href=\"http:\/\/tiny.cc\/f1exqw\">RecycleMania<\/a> competition! <a href=\"http:\/\/tiny.cc\/rm-results\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5075 alignright\" title=\"rm-2014-civil-war-scoreboard-wk5\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/ecologue\/files\/2014\/03\/rm-2014-civil-war-scoreboard-wk5-300x116.jpg\" alt=\"rm-2014-civil-war-scoreboard-wk5\" width=\"200\" height=\"77\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to our calculations, if we collected the same amount of confidential collected during this event last year, we would nearly tie up the competition!<\/p>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit an <a title=\"Online request form\" href=\"http:\/\/tiny.cc\/servreq\"><strong>online request here<\/strong><\/a> during this week (must be placed on or between Monday, March 17 and Friday, March 21 for fee to be waived).<\/li>\n<li>While we ask that you submit your request during this week, we cannot guarantee that your material will be picked up this week (since we anticipate having a high number of requests, we may not be able to pick-up within our usual 3 business days). However, all requests submitted during finals week will receive the discount even if they are not picked up during that week.<\/li>\n<li>We anticipate picking up all finals week requests by the end of spring break &#8211; Friday, March 28.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Questions?
