Hall Eco-Challenge Month<\/a> winners, Weatherford for recycling and Hawley for electricity!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weatherford<\/strong> recycled the most, 3.1 pounds per person over the three weeks, and won the RecycleMania Res.
