The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/sustainability\/sustainability-council\">OSU Sustainability Council<\/a>&nbsp;is excited to present a&nbsp;<strong>Guest Speaker Panel with sustainability professionals on Wednesday, Feb. 21 from 5-6pm<\/strong>! The panel will consist of experts from various locations across the United States with roles in the private, government, and non-profit sectors. He started his career in Maryland\u2019s Department of Natural Resources\u2019 Chesapeake Bay Policy Office, then became the State\u2019s Green Building Program Manager, and finished his career there as the Sustainability Policy Director. Sean moved to Oregon in 2013, where he had a brief tenure in the Governor\u2019s Budget Office. Since 2015 he has been Benton County\u2019s Sustainability Coordinator, where he guides long-range strategic planning to prepare our County &amp; region for more resilient, prosperous, and sustainable communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leada Fuller-Marashi<\/strong> is the Senior Manager, Accounts &amp; Partnerships at the Building Decarbonization Coalition, a national nonprofit organization seeking to eliminate fossil fuels from buildings. Her role involves working with stakeholders to advance building decarbonization across the country. Previously, Leada worked at New Buildings Institute where she led a premier industry conference and started a professional development program for college students of color interested in energy efficiency in the built environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gerardo Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong> is Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager at AspenTech, an Industrial software company based in Massachusetts. He has experience across multiple process industries and currently oversees go-to-market and positioning of AspenTech solutions in key sustainability and decarbonization areas, such as hydrogen, CCS, bio-based feedstocks and plastics circularity. He holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Chemical Engineering from Tec de Monterrey in Mexico, and a Master\u2019s degree in Sustainable Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Madeleine Moyano<\/strong>: Bio coming soon! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/sustainability\/sustainability-council\">OSU Sustainability Council<\/a> is a new departmental program hosted by the Sustainability Office that serves as a hub for peer-to-peer student engagement on sustainability topics.
