be proactive in creating content and setting outreach goals<\/li><li>Analyze social media successes and opportunities via detailed analytics<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Event coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Coordinate and plan campaigns and events that showcase sustainability programs and projects to diverse audiences.<\/li><li>Work with graphic designer on print media<\/li><li>Manage tabling materials and promotional item inventory<\/li><li>Staff display tables and coordinate tabling schedules for other staff<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Management of the <a href=\"https:\/\/fa.oregonstate.edu\/sustainability\/green-certifications\">Green Certifications Program<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Monitor and score survey submissions; coordinate awards and recognition<\/li><li>Perform outreach and marketing for all three certification tracks<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Communication and coordination with the OSU and Corvallis sustainability community<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create the bi-weekly Sustainability at OSU newsletter using MailChimp<\/li><li>Maintain consistent communication within the office and with other University and community entities, including Community Engagement &amp; Leadership, Campus Recycling, Spring Creek Project and others<\/li><li>Collaborate with Campus Recycling and others on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) frameworks within Sustainability at OSU<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Work schedule can be somewhat flexible but must remain responsive to workload.&nbsp;
