This week has been pretty light for the amount of effort I have been able to put into school work. I currently am in two courses. But with the amount of work and overtime that I have had to put in this week at my regular job I haven’t had the time to devote additional time to school work. I don’t feel like I am falling behind and I feel that I can catch up to where everyone else is at over this weekend. So that I am well prepared for our usual Tuesday afternoon meetings. In our last meeting on Tuesday we set a goal for the following meeting to work more with the provided algorithms and test the code against certain date ranges which we decided in that meeting. So over this weekend I will be doing that and should have the same goals completed as the rest of the group.

The weird thing for me is that the initial post for our Standups are due on Thursday night. But I usually get all my schoolwork completed over the weekend. So when we make our goals on Tuesdays and catch up with the rest of our team. I feel like my Standup post are lacking because I hadn’t completed the goals we set just two days ago since they are due the following Tuesday. One major roadblock for me right now is my regular job requires a bit of overtime right now which takes most of my energy away from working on the course projects.
