I scored 69 on Extraversion; 92 on Agreeableness; 85 on Conscientiousness; 43 on Neuroticism; and 49 on Openness to Experience. I was not surprised I got Extraversion because I&#8217;ve always been an outgoing person. I was also not surprised by Agreeableness because I believe in building harmonious relationships with people, but I didn&#8217;t expect a high score though. With Conscientiousness,  I always tried to approach things in a thoughtful way and not be quick to act on my impulses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What a future employer can say my strengths are by looking at my results are Conscientiousness and Agreeableness. Conscientiousness would help a future employer see that I am capable of thinking things through before I do anything and being cautious in certain situations. Agreeableness would also help a future employer that I can work well with my colleagues and build meaningful relationships with them. I would say Neuroticism would be a weakness if a future employer looked at my results.
